Itinerary Breakdown
What the days actually look like
2-Day Private Delphi & Meteora Tour2 days / 1 night
Day 1 — Athens → Delphi → Arachova → Kalambaka
Morning departure from Athens, the archaeological site and museum at Delphi, then the stone-built mountain village of Arachova before continuing north to Kalambaka, beneath the rocks of Meteora.
Overnight: Kalambaka
Accommodation is arranged at the standard you prefer; the specific hotel is named in your written confirmation rather than promised in advance.
Day 2 — Meteora → Athens
The morning is given to Meteora, planned around the monasteries operating on the day, followed by the return drive to Athens at an unhurried pace.
Monastery entrance is currently €5 per person, per monastery, paid directly at each site.
2-Day Private Peloponnese Tour2 days / 1 night
Day 1 — Athens → Corinth Canal → Epidaurus → Nafplio
The Corinth Canal, the theatre of Epidaurus, and then into Nafplio — the most elegant small town in the Peloponnese — for the overnight.
Overnight: Nafplio
Day 2 — Mycenae → Athens
Mycenae in the cooler morning hours, then a scenic return route to Athens.
These itineraries represent standard pacing. Routes can be adapted for a slower pace or extended where the itinerary and availability allow, and additional days can be incorporated into a private journey — both are quoted individually, since duration changes the cost. It depends on the route, and we would rather tell you honestly than publish a single number. Each itinerary is planned so that driving sits between the places you came to see rather than dominating the day, with stops for coffee, lunch and photographs along the way. When we confirm your journey we set out the actual driving for each day so there are no surprises.
