    These Terms of Service govern your use of the Elysian Privé website and the booking of our private luxury tour services in Greece. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

    2. Booking & Confirmation

    All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from our team via email or WhatsApp. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability.

    3. Pricing

    Prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on group size, specific requests, seasonal factors, and customization. Final pricing will be communicated before confirmation.

    4. Payment

    No deposit is required to confirm a booking. Payment is settled on the day(s) of service, in cash or by card; accepted methods are confirmed in your booking confirmation.

    5. Cancellation Policy

    • 14+ days before: Full refund (minus any non-recoverable third-party costs)
    • 7–13 days before: 50% refund
    • Less than 7 days: No refund
    • No-show: No refund

    We reserve the right to cancel or modify an experience due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

    6. Guest Responsibility

    Guests are expected to behave responsibly during all experiences. Elysian Privé reserves the right to terminate an experience without refund if a guest's behavior endangers themselves, others, or property.

    7. Liability

    Elysian Privé acts as an organizer and coordinator of private experiences. While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from third-party services (transport, venues, activities) or force majeure events.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Elysian Privé and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
