    Private Greece tours for seniors

Comfortable premium vehicles, door-to-door pickup, no group walking tours, no rushed schedules. The Greece you came to see — at exactly the pace that suits you.

Greece is one of the most rewarding countries in the world to visit at sixty, seventy or eighty — but only if the trip is built around your pace, not the bus driver's. For decades the only options have been hop-on coaches with twenty stops a day, or self-drive itineraries through unfamiliar mountain roads. Neither is what most senior travellers actually want.

Every Elysian Privé journey is fully private. One vehicle for your party of two to four. A professional English-speaking chauffeur who knows where the steps are, where the shaded benches are, and where lunch is genuinely good. We skip what doesn't interest you, slow down where you'd like to linger, and arrange skip-the-line tickets at every site so there's no queueing in the heat.

    Door-to-door comfort

Pickup at your hotel lobby. A premium private vehicle with easy, low entry. No walking to a coach stop, no luggage struggles.

    Your pace, always

We pause when you'd like to. We skip what doesn't interest you. There is no group waiting on you, ever.

    Skip-the-line tickets

Arranged in advance for every archaeological site. No queueing in the sun. Optional licensed local guides where you want them.

    Frequently Asked

    Honest answers

Are your tours suitable for guests with limited mobility?+

Yes — many of our guests are in their seventies and eighties. We use vehicles with low entry, we plan routes to minimise stairs and uneven ground, and we always have alternative viewpoints when a steep climb (such as the upper Acropolis or Palamidi fortress) isn't ideal. Tell us in advance what you'd like to avoid and we design around it.

Can you accommodate wheelchairs or walkers?+

Yes. The vehicle we assign for your journey easily fits a folded wheelchair or rollator. A handful of Greek archaeological sites are partially accessible (the Acropolis has an elevator); we'll let you know honestly which ones work and which don't, before you book.

What about the heat in summer?+

We adjust the day around it — early morning departures, long midday breaks at a cool taverna or your hotel, late-afternoon site visits when the light is gentler. Air-conditioned vehicle throughout. We strongly recommend May, June, late September and October if heat is a concern.

    Is there a deposit?+

No — for any journey. Payment is settled in cash or by card on the day of service (the first day for multi-day journeys), and free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before for single-day tours and up to 7 days before for multi-day journeys.
